Taekwondo is an intense total body workout. It optimizes speed, strength, coordination, and concentration. Students of this striking art learn a variety of kicking, punching, evading, and deflecting techniques, which are applied in both choreographed training and, for advanced students, sparring applications.

Hapkido is a dynamic martial art, based on harmony and ki principles. It develops fluidity, flexibility, and connection with one's partner or opponent. Its comprehensive and pragmatic approach incorporates striking and grappling techniques, and students train in rolling and tumbling, falls and throws, joint locks, and various self-defense techniques.

Our curriculum integrates Taekwondo and Hapkido in a traditional format.
